1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between be444 ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services available at be444.io. The Platform operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming service targeting adult players in Bangladesh.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of be444, you unconditionally accept these Terms. You further acknowledge that you have read and understood them in full. Acceptance is recorded at the time of account creation. If you register on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have full authority to bind that individual to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use be444. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. be444 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) be444 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts for any purpose — including circumventing a suspension, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or masking prohibited behaviour — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed immediately, and all associated balances including deposits, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. be444 may suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

be444 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and anti-money-laundering best practices. All players will be required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. 3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

be444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. be444 reserves the right to apply additional transaction limits at its discretion where required by risk management or KYC procedures.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the player's be444 wallet within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. Withdrawals requested during periods of high volume may take longer; players will be notified if delays are expected.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

be444 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the be444 account. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account name used to make the original deposit. Funds received from unidentified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). be444 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be declined or converted at a rate determined by the processing institution; be444 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate losses.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus credit and may not be withdrawn directly as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation from be444. be444 reserves the right to decline or void any wager at its discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error affected the odds displayed, where a market was suspended at the time of placement, or where the wager is suspected to form part of a fraudulent betting pattern.

6.2 Odds & Market Changes

All odds are subject to change up until the point of confirmed bet placement. 6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the individual market rules; a palpable odds error occurred at the time of placement; the result of the event cannot be determined by a competent governing body; or the market was offered in error. be444's decision on void bets is final.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7 Casino & Game Rules

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the be444 platform — including but not limited to the be444 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of be444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of be444.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
